Towards a safe, high-quality and sustainable health system

VITAL exists to help Vietnamese hospital leaders build modern management and executive capability. We bring together academic foundations, policy direction and international experience in a learning space that is professional, welcoming and easy to access.

Our current focus is the six-module Hospital Leadership and Management Programme, designed for hospital directors and department heads from across the country.
