The VITAL programme organisers have announced the content framework and list of facilitating experts for Module 4 on Finance, Autonomy and Hospital Performance Management, scheduled for July 2026 in Hanoi.
The module focuses on financial autonomy mechanisms, building performance indicator (KPI) systems, and data-driven decision-making. Participants will gain access to hospital financial analysis tools, resource allocation models, and lessons learned from institutions that have successfully implemented autonomy.
The expert team includes Vietnamese and international instructors with deep experience in healthcare financial management. Organisers encourage participants to prepare their institution’s actual data and case scenarios in advance for in-class discussion.
